Our plant is equipped with high-speed machines and integrated packaging lines with programmable logic control. Our equipments include non-fill devices, on line metal detection, visual inspection machines, multi-station tablet presses, double layer table compression, multi station blister pack machine, FFS machines for liquid filling and powder filling. The plant is capable of manufacturing all dosage forms viz. tablets, general capsules, liquid orals in bottles & sachets, dry powder for suspension, oral powder in sachets, external preparation like ointment & external powder, coated pellets & beta-lactum capsule/dry powder. The manufacturing area is designed as per clean room specification. All primary manufacturing areas are designed as per Class 10,000. All the machinery in the factory is designed to meet the GMP requirements. We offer branded as well as generic pharmaceutical & nutritional formulations.
