Our chemical raw materials include additives, alcohols, catalyst, oils, pigments, fillers, extenders, polymer building blocks and resins. We have a variety of additives that include anti-settling agents, biocides, anti-blocking agent, coalescing aid, corrosion inhibitor, defoamers, dispersants, epoxies, flow modifier, plasticizers, rheology modifiers, surfactants, tacifiers and wax. Add-Dry driers can be used as auxiliary drier replacement. It replaces commonly used through-driers such as zirconium & calcium, especially under adverse conditions and may contribute to film hardness. In some baked alkyds, they may replace up to half the amount of cobalt normally used. Empol 1045 trimer acid has a polybasic acid content typically more than 70% and is useful in applications where crosslinking is desired. It has a lower viscosity than Empol 1043, allowing for easier pumping and handling. We also have a variety of resins such as acrylic, alkyd, carboxylated styrene-butadiene emulsions, emulsifier, hydrocarbon, melamine, photo curing resins, polyamide, polyester, polyurethane, polyvinyl acetate, urethane and vinyl chloride copolymers.
