>Galaxy Surfactants Ltd.- It was a modest beginning. The year was 1980. The beginning was in a tiny plant in Tarapur, a small industrial town located 100 kms from Mumbai. Two Products, three customers - all multiplied manifold with a burning desire to succeed. We provide surfactants such as polyquaternium, sodium 2 ethyl hexyl sulfate, phenoxyethanol and sulfosuccinates for personal care. We are an ISO 9001:2000 certified company catering to home care, personal care, soaps and detergents sector. Our major products include sodium lauryl ether sulfate, sodium lauryl sulfate, ammonium lauryl ether sulfate, ammonium lauryl sulfate, avobenzone, benzalkonium chloride, benzophenone-3, benzophenone-4, cocoamidopropyl amine oxide, cocoamidopropyl betaine, cocoamidopropyl dimethyl amine, cocoamidopropylbetaine, cocobetaine, cocodiethanolamide, cocomonoethanolamide and disodium laureth sulfosuccinate.

Galsorb Avobenzone is used as a UV-A absorber. It can also be used in sunscreen preparations where an adequate concentration of both filters gives rise to an excellent sun protection by blocking UV radiation.
