The plastisols are dispersions of extremely fine particles of high molecular weight polyvinyl chloride resin and additives in liquid plasticizers. The plastisols are tailored to a wide range of products and processes. The plastisol compounds are formulated over a wide range of hardness, temperature, flexibility, heat, tear and abrasion resistance characteristics in virtually any color. We offer plastisol foams, coatings, sealants, adhesives, molding compounds and hot melts. Polyurethanes are a family of polymers produced through a chemical reaction between an isocyanate and a polyol. They are used in building insulation, surface coatings, adhesives, solid plastics, and athletic apparel. They utilize a broad range of polymer backbones and reactants to produce a family of products ranging from rigid, clear, glass like products to low density resilient foams. We provide a wide range of products based on aromatic and aliphatic polyurethane chemistries. These include both two part polyurethane systems and single component polyurethane prepolymers.
