Profile: Pioneer was established in 1987 by team of experts with over 50 years of industry related experience. Pioneer is exclusively focused on the export of Carbon Black and Bitumen worldwide. Carbon black is produced from a combustion – pyrolytic process. This process typically converts petroleum - based feedstock Oil into Carbon Black by injecting Oil into a reactor, which “cracks” the oil at temperatures in excess of 1000°C. A non - crystalline Solid or Viscous Material having adhesive properties derived from Petroleum either by natural or refinery processes, and substantially soluble in Carbon Disulphide. Bitumen are black or brown in colour. This may occur naturally but are usually made as end products from distillation of, or extracts from, selected petroleum oils.
