Our manufacturing facility houses all major equipments required for extraction of natural herbs, seeds and leaves. Of the major, rotary extractor, reactors, vacuum tray dryer are the few to mention. The Extraction Process is carried out with adequate care and strictly as per the requirement of a particular product. Extracts are concentrated at low temperatures, ensuring that the active ingredients retain their character and undesired artifacts are not formed. Drying of extracts is carried out in Vacuum Tray Dryers under hygienic conditions. Quantification of active ingredient(s) is done by HPLC, UV-VIS, spectrophotometry.
