Profile: WSI Industries, LLC offers N-Terpinal solvent replacement products. N-Terpinal products are semi-aqueous, organic chemical formulations, designed for the release of paint, coatings, adhesives, ink, chemical stripping, and bio-chemical degreasing applications. These are designed to penetrate and release the material from the substrate that results in a substantial reduction of waste disposal. Our N-Terpinal RS-100 is a concentrated formulation of RS-98 with a strong chemical additive to maintain a neutral PH for the removal of E-coat, high temperature, and hybrid powder coating systems. It is a semi-aqueous chemical and can be diluted with water. We have engineered and designed a complete parts stripping kit with all the necessary equipment & components to assemble a small stripping system. This system is supplied with a custom manufactured stainless steel drum with fittings to accommodate the immersion heater, two inch bottom drain valve, and a sealed cover assembly to minimize evaporation. Our research and development facility offers analytical testing of our various products.
