Profile: Stanford Materials is a supplier of various oxides, metals, alloys, advanced ceramic materials, and minerals. Our products include beryllium, magnesium, scandium, zirconium, calcium, chromium, zinc, manganese, nickel, niobium, cadmium, germanium, gallium, arsenic, and bismuth & their metal, alloy, oxide and other compounds. We supply rare earth permanent magnetic materials in powder form or in sintered as well as polymer-bonded magnet form. We also supply other permanent magnet materials including alnico, ceramic (ferrite) and flexible magnet materials. We specialize in manufacturing permanent magnets according to customers' requirements in terms of composition, magnetic characteristics, shape & size. We offer both individual color (red, green and blue) lamp phosphors and pre-mixed lamp phosphors with temperatures ranging from 2700 to 6700 K; both aluminate and phosphate phosphors are also available. With their fine-tuned particle size distributions, these phosphors can be directly used in lamp tubes without a milling process or with a gentle disagglomeration process. These phosphors are specially suitable for making high performance energy saving lamps. Our YSZ (Yttria Stabilized Zirconia) grinding media feature high density, toughness and super hardness, enabling to achieve superior grinding efficiencies compared with other conventional grinding media such as alumina and agate. The high wear-resistant YSZ grinding media effectively eliminate product contamination and lengthen the service life of the grinder. These special features make YSZ grinding media especially suitable for sensitive products and critical applications. The YSZ grinding media are widely used for high viscosity, wet grinding and dispersion.
