MedChemExpress USA offers a wide range of Research Chemicals and Biochemicals including Novel Life-science Reagents, Reference Compounds, APIs and Natural Compounds for Laboratory and Scientific use. We offer :
A dye is a colored substance that has an affinity to the substrate to which it is being applied. Dye adsorbs onto plastic surfaces and renders them fluorescent when irradiated with blue light. We offer different types of dyes such as JC-1, Cardiogreen, Hoechst 33258, 1-Methyl-7-nitroisatoic anhydride, D-Luciferin, Nile Red, FITC, Hoechst 33342 trihydrochloride, Dihydroethidium, Hoechst 33258 analog, Hoechst 33342, 5(6)-FAM SE, and Methylene Blue. We also provide Leucomethylene blue Mesylate, 5(6)-FITC, NBT, CY5-SE, 5(6)-TAMRA SE, Thiazole Orange, and Luminol. Luminol(Diogenes reagent) is a versatile chemical that exhibits chemiluminescence, with a striking blue glow, when mixed with an appropriate oxidizing agent. Cardiogreen is fluorescent agent with low toxicity has been widely used in medical diagnostics, such as determining cardiac output, hepatic function, and liver blood flow, and for ophthalmic angiography.
Our Biochemical Assay Reagents include SBE-β-CD, IPTG, MTT, ONPG, X-GAL, DTT, WST-8, Sodium orthovanadate, BAPTA, ATP-polyamine-biotin, Tetrazolium Red, DTNB, and Fluorescein Diacetate. Tetrazolium Red(2,3,5-Triphenyltetrazolium chloride; TPTZ) is used to visualize dehydrogenase enzyme activity; initially the tetrazolium solution is colorless but changes to red when it comes into contact with hydrogen. Fluorescein diacetate(Di-O-acetylfluorescein) is a cell-permeant esterase substrate that can serve as a viability probe that measures both enzymatic activity.
